Office Hours |
| The scheduled office hours are Monday through
Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Patients are seen by appointment only. If medically necessary a same day
appointment may be arranged; however a wait may be involved. |

After Hours Emergencies |
 Should
you need urgent or emergency care, please call the nurse at Wilson
Memorial Hospital at 252-399-8240. Personnel there will be glad to discuss
the problem with you and contact the doctor on call if needed. |

Cancellations |
| If you are unable to keep your appointment,
please notify our office so that we may see another patient. We ask that you
give us 24-hour notice if possible. |
|
Waiting Time Delays |
 Every effort is made to see you at your
appointment time. Occasionally obstetric and gynecologic emergencies occur
that may disrupt the schedule requiring the doctor to be at the hospital. We
understand what an inconvenience delays are and will do everything possible to
keep your waiting time to a minimum.

Fees and Insurance |
 Our goal is to provide quality medical care at
a reasonable cost. As a courtesy to our patients we accept and file most insurance
plans. We also accept cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa. It is the patient's
responsibility to pay any deductible, co-payment or any other balance not
covered by their insurance. Our personnel will assist you in obtaining
pre-hospital admission certification. Please notify our office of any changes in
your address, telephone number and insurance to insure proper filing of
insurance claims.

Wilson OB-GYN invites you to our practice. It
is our commitment to provide the best possible healthcare to our patients in a
comfortable and friendly environment. Our practice consists of board-certified
physicians who are specialized in areas of obstetrics, high risk obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, reproductive endocrinology and laproscopic surgery. Our
facilities include an ambulatory surgical center, laser hair removal, complete
ultrasound department, and a full range laboratory. The scheduled office
hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00. Patients are seen by appointment only; however, if you have
an emergency or urgent problem every attempt will be made to work you in the
same day. |
